ANDAPAL lets you create digital invitations for your events: a customizable invitation card (with an optional digital envelope), an event website, or both (combo); manage your guest list; and deliver each invitation personally via WhatsApp, with RSVP and open tracking.
You need an account to purchase and manage an event. You agree to provide accurate information and keep your credentials confidential. You are responsible for activity under your account.
The total price is the base price of the product you choose (card, website, or combo) plus a per-invitation send cost calculated from your guest list. The full breakdown is shown on the review page before you pay; there are no hidden charges. Prices are in US dollars (USD).
Payments are processed by third-party payment providers (such as Tilopay). ANDAPAL does not store your card details.
You provide your invitation content (text, photos, your story, event details) and your guests' data (names, phone numbers, emails). You represent that you have the right to use that content and that you have your guests' consent for us to contact them via WhatsApp on your behalf with your event invitation.
You grant us a limited, non-exclusive license solely to host and display that content in order to provide the service. Your content remains yours.
The service is exclusively for invitations to real events. You may not use it to send advertising, spam, or unsolicited bulk messages, nor for illegal, defamatory, or offensive content. We may suspend accounts that break this rule.
Invitations are sent through the official WhatsApp Business platform (Meta), using pre-approved message templates. Delivery depends on factors outside our control (valid number, the guest's device, Meta's policies), so we cannot guarantee delivery or reading of every individual message. We will make reasonable efforts to complete all sends on your list.
ANDAPAL's templates, designs, brand, and software belong to ANDAPAL or its licensors. Your purchase entitles you to use your customized design for your event, not to resell or redistribute it.
We provide the service "as is" and make reasonable efforts to keep it available and error-free, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. Your event website remains published for the contracted service period.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, ANDAPAL's total liability to you for any claim arising from the service is limited to the amount you paid for the corresponding product.
We may update these terms. If a change is significant, we will communicate it on the site or by email. The "last updated" date always reflects the current version.
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Panama. Any dispute will be submitted to the competent courts of Panama.
